Zabaglione
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Sweet Marsala
- 3 Eggs
- Granulated Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- White wine
Prepping List:
- 1 copper or zabaglione bowl
- Whisk
- Tablespoon
- Knife
- Serving plate
Cooking Directions:
- Separate 3 eggs – only keeping the yolks
- Add yolks to zabaglione bowl
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of Marsala
- Wish the mixture in a circular motion over low flame
- When zabaglione triples in size, and is able to stick to the back of a spoon, it is finished
- Squeeze ¼ of a lemon into zabaglione
Serving Suggestion:
- Place strawberries on a serving dish or in a cup
- Using ladle, serve zabaglione over the strawberries
